A vibrator. I personally recommend it. I don't know about the toothbrush or shower head. All you need is a vibrator. You might get more then one using it. The Silver Bullets always good. Happy hunting for your new best friend. But watch how jealous the other half gets.

It depends on the individual...I prefer just my own fingers...toys and appliances don't really do much for me, but others enjoy vibrators, shower massages, and other items for additional stimuation...
