While I was running, I felt something pull in my hip. I kep running, but afterwords, it felt awful. I'm in young, and on cross country. I rested a couple times for 3 ish days, but it still is there.
It feels like it's in my hip muscle, and the doctor wasn't sure what it was exactly. It hurts after a workout for the next while, and I've tried ignoring it, but it hurts very badly.
Is there anything I could do that would help it go away. It would be nice if I didn't have to sit out the season, so if there was something I could do and still run for part of the season, it would be nice.
Also, what do you think it is? A muscle pull or what? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
