I work out and get stonger but, not bigger. My metabolism is very fast.

Well, first of all, I am sorry to say that some body types will never get really big unless you take something like steroids (which I absolutely do not recommend).
But what you can do is take proteins supplements 3 times a day (usually after you work out or before).
Do a mix of cardio and weight training. Like 45min of cardio and 45min of weight.
However do not do weights like most people do. The important thing is not to do lots of reps, but to take a heavy enough weight and maybe do five but feel like you're dying. It has to be hard to be effective.
Do about 3-4 series per muscle.
Same thing for cardio, push through your limits.

Try Endotil, it works like a steroid without the side affects. You can get it at any suppliment store. Its working great for my fiance. Look it up and read about it.

Concentrate on upping your protein intake- whey and soy protein, those isolated for gain, eggs, beans, lean meats, etc.....

i would eat alot of fast food and don't excerise for a few weeks be lazy .
