My gyno told me to drink lots of water, cut out the sugar, and use a protien powder in some milk or in a smoothie. I've done it for the last few months now, and I have no cramps at all.

Use a heating pad and wear comfortable clothes if it's still way bad you can get put on the pill that helps with cramps.

A friend of mine, Peruvian, boiled oregano and made a tea out of it. My daughter suffered from cramps real bad, had the tea and felt positive results almost immediately. Guess it doesn't taste very good, but it works.

u dont have to be sexually active to have pains it works both ways, i suffer a lot from them and i use a wheat bag u can get one from health store and some pharmacies like boots good luck girl, it works too!!

Usually what i do and it seems to help me. I take a really hot bath and soak in it, take advil i take about 2-4 of them, heating pad helps, drinking hot tea helps, or hot apple cider, sometimes walking helps me. But mainly the hot bath really helps me
