I was given a prescription for Thymol 4% in 70% ethyl alcohol to apply to my fingernails 4 times a day to treat a nail bacteria/fungus. I would like to know what if any side effects this has and what precautions I need to take while using it. How long should it take to begin to work?

I am 16, diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome, which causes high insulin, I have had a severe migrane for the past 2 hours, neck pain, nausea, dizziness, and mild shakiness... Is there any thing I can do to help myself, my mom is at work and I don't want to bother her.... PLEASE HELP!

I"m getting arthirits in my right elbow and shoulder from years of being a waitress. I'm really interested in trying acupuncture as a means of eliminating this pain. Lately whenever I eat a normal portion of food my stomach is full for hours on end. Its like my stomach isnt digesting. An example of such- last weekend I ate a medium-sized hamburger about 4pm and the next morning I was still full, kinda feeling like I had gorged myself to death. I wonder if the stuff in my digestive tract is a bit off. Does anybody have any methods or know of something to take or food that would help remedy this problem?

My son is 3, and I took him to a dentist and they would not let me go back with him. Needless to say, I left and found a different dentist. Is this legal? It was just for a cleaning and checkup, and it was his first time. But they don't allow parents out of the waiting area for any reason.

Well actually I had 3 abortions this year and have never asked for a discount and I mean NOT ONCE!

why is it that the doctors dont offer the discounts on their own? Why should I have to bring it up to them? I figure ill just take my business elsewhere. One more weird question. Is it normal for me to ask the doctor If I can have my fetus returned to me after it is safely aborted? I mean in a jar? I hope I dont come off as weird when I ask the nurses and doctor for that.

I had a heart attack 8 months ago while driving. Now it seems every time I get in a car with or without someone I can't leave my home. Even though I know it could happen again at home as easily as on the road. My brain is keeping me stuck in my home. Don't say suck it up and just walk out the door. Easier said than done. Someone mentioned PTSD.

do kidney stones float? I was told I have a bladder infection, but when I went to the bathroom today, I peed out something. was wondering if it could be a kidney stone, but it was floating. thought maybe they didnt float. am feeling much better now, but i am taking meds so maybe thats why i feel better, anyone know?

I will be fine BP heartrate but over the last 2 weeks i have had feelings sometimes like someone sits and icepack on my leg sometimes my arm,sometimes my stomach,about 2 weeks ago I went to ER,I felt like Fluids where running inside my body I could feel them moving it was wired it started in myhands and went to my feet.the MRI Ct came back okay of my head,cause I also had a bad dizzy spell.So he check my head.I got a numb feeling and cold as well when my heartrate went up,Now my BP and heartrate is okay but i still feel sometimes as if someone is sitting and ice pack on parts of my body (on the inside) when I touch that part of the body it is not really cold,but it feels cold on the inside,can someone please give me some info.....
