I'd say give it a try.. Either that or possiably a simple massage would be able to help somewhat. Look into if your insurance will cover the acupuncture costs. Though, it still will be cheeper than a lot of doctors visits. Look in the local area... And key note, get referals from people who've used the specific acupuncturists. There are some who are not as good at the pratice and can do more harm than good... Make sure you do some research, but I'd say that it's probably you best bet... That, and some herbs (not sure which, I'm not an expert) would help some of the pain.

I spent many years a s a waitress and I feel your pain. Acupuncture helps for some people but not for all. I have heard both opinions.
I eventually had to end up getting a desk job. I miss the cash but my body is much better off.
The best OTC pain reliever I have found for that kind of pain is Ibuprofen. It is also an anti inflammatory. Maybe that will help you until you can try the acupuncture.

Accupuncture is a good way of helping with this problem but there is a lot more you need to do if you are going to take care of this naturally. Diet and supplements as well as herbs are needed.
I would be happy to do a free program for you to get you started on the right track, simply go here http://www.jentleearthhealing.com and follow the instructions.
This is not a solicitation but a genuine offer of free help.
Yahoo has accused me of this in the past because I offer to help people for free and I want to point out clearly that there is no profit for me in this offer of help, merely the satisfaction of helping another in need.

All insurance companies are different. I would recommending contacting your insurance company to see if it is covered.
A lot of them will if it is medically necessary. It really is better to check with your provider ;0) YOU MIGHT also have to get a recommendation from your doctor before it's approved, it depends on what your insurance is like.

I think that it sounds like a good idea. If you are leaning that way then you should give it a shot. It can either work or not, but I'd try to find one that has good feed back from other people.

You should try it, if your insurance pays for it, go ahead, why not. besides it is natural, then if that doesn't work you go with the painfull medicines, and tests, and long, long time treatments. good luck.
