Sometimes I feel a cold feeling on parts of my body...?

I will be fine BP heartrate but over the last 2 weeks i have had feelings sometimes like someone sits and icepack on my leg sometimes my arm,sometimes my stomach,about 2 weeks ago I went to ER,I felt like Fluids where running inside my body I could feel them moving it was wired it started in myhands and went to my feet.the MRI Ct came back okay of my head,cause I also had a bad dizzy spell.So he check my head.I got a numb feeling and cold as well when my heartrate went up,Now my BP and heartrate is okay but i still feel sometimes as if someone is sitting and ice pack on parts of my body (on the inside) when I touch that part of the body it is not really cold,but it feels cold on the inside,can someone please give me some info.....

Please ask doctor to check out you spine,you may
have a pinch nerve that cause the blood to flow
slow to that part of you body making it feel cold.
