I don't know any easy way to get rid of her, but that is kinda scary. Maybe if you mentioned that you had a girlfriend or something, she might leave you alone. Ask one of your friends that is a girl for some assistance, like maybe she could start being seen with you to discourage the psycho from bothering you. Anyway, good luck!

the only way to get her off your back is to stop being available to her.
completely cut her off from you, any kind of communication with her in her eyes is an invite to you no matter what you say to her nicely or not, if you do not talk to her in any way shape or form she will eventually cling on to someone else.
for as long as you throw out the bait she will be there to catch it.
Ive had the same type experience in my life more than once and I learned thru trial and error that its the only way to get rid of her.(I wont say if I was the stalked or the stalker tho) but trust me on this one dude, if you take my advice it will be a life lesson you wont have to learn the hard way.

make it a habit of always mentioning how great your new "girlfriend" is around her.....also if there is anything wrong with the clingy girl for example: she's overweight, has small breasts, or has crossed eyes - make it a point to say how much you are glad your new girlfriend has big breasts, skinny, and how you gaze into her beautiful eyes, you get the point.....make her feel bad about herself - she will be running for the hills, LOL.
