hi, im 18 and want to loose a bit of wieght (160-165 lbs) ive heard that you should run every other day. But everyday i feel great and refresh and feel like i dont need the rest. I have a bad knee and it hasnt hurt for a while. Ive been running in this patern: 20 min, 25, 30, 20,25, 30...etc. so i run everyday with different times. In those times i normally do 2 1/2-3 miles (i kinda do 10 min a mile wen i go on a slow pace...7 min is my good one) so is this good? should i rest for a day? plus, what foods should i eat to keep the wieght off....ive been running everday for 10 days striaght and had minnimal results. >=(
