She is breastfeeding. She lets the baby so the baby can eat and be healthy and survive. You just want to do it for a selfish reason (your pleasure). She doesnt want you to do it because she isnt into the breast milk fetish and doesnt want you touching them since a baby is more important than you.

Your baby is getting its nourishment from your gf. You, on the other hand, can go to the refrigerator and make yourself something to eat and get nourishment.
