If she needs someone to speak on her behalf, she should talk to a guidance counselor or someone else at school. No one can force her to cheerlead, but if she can't talk about it to her parents or her coach, she needs to find another adult person who can do it for her. Nothing is worth purposefully hurting yourself over, something could go drastically wrong and harm even more than what was intended.

No matter how you do it, breaking an arm is going to hurt really really bad. She should talk to the guidance counselor about it and have the counselor intervene on her behalf. If she feels uncomfortable about going to the counselor, she can always wrench a knee, ankle, wrist, or her back and get out of cheerleading until she can talk her parents out of making her do it.

Whoa, now. Breaking an arm is waaayyyy too drastic, man. What are her parents going to do about it? She isn't living their life. She needs to talk to the school counselor (I agree about not talking to the coach; most of the time those dudes are dubious at best) and let her know the 411, you know? Her counselor will intervene on her behalf, believe me. And you know, her parents don't have to know. She can conveniently 'get rides to the game with friends' or what-have-you. She just needs to let somebody there know what's going on.

ok so I understand what you want to do! i opt to do it to... I regarded it up on YouTube and extremely stumbled on some cool stuff that works for wrists besides as hands... So u take some thing complicated say a television distant or soup spoon (spoons artwork to they purely might want to be massive and round) and commence sacking it at a bone on your arm. It sound painful yet after a lengthy time period you get used to it. Do it for a lengthy time period in case you want to interrupt your arm. I do all of it the time. (i'm no longer loopy-ish) ? believe me. it ought to sound loopy and painful in spite of the undeniable fact that it particularly works. (a tremendous variety of the time). i particularly opt to interrupt my arm so it heals extra effective. immediately all I have is a sling. i'd visit the well being care specialist if it would not heal. ? it many times works for me. I many times purely shop wacking my arm adversarial to metallic each and every morning. My bones under no circumstances particularly heal. They continually finally end up wacky. i particularly favor a complicated solid besides. believe me. desire this works. -Lily.
