Depending on which strains you get a hold of.

Since there are indicas and sativas, both can have different effects. Indicas are the downers. They have higher CBD than THC and that will mellow you out and make you sleepy (which will lower your blood pressure). The sativas are the uppers that have higher THC than CBD, and that makes you happy, alert, and can make you paranoid and anxious (definitely raise your blood pressure).

Hopefully you live in California where there are medicinal dispensaries throughout the state. The best bet is to go to one of them and ask the folks that work there - they know which strains are best for which symptoms.

It may helt also to give hungry in somes cases of anorexia, or malnutriton.

It is also commonly used to help Aids and Cancer patients, and many pathologic degeneratives diseases.

Help some cases of Asthma

And many others medicals uses....

Smoking weed always lowered mine. Not sure of most strains I've smoked. Anyways, I've retired my pipes anyway. It all depends on what type of person you are normally, un stoned.

No....Any kind of smoking constricts your blood vessels therefore, raising your blood pressure.
