It's a strange one this! I was accussed of turning my kids against their father. Nothing could have been further than the truth. I believe that every child has a right to their father's love. Of course, making a father love his child is impossible. It's an easy thing to say - blaming an ex-wife and accusing her of being a golddigger.
Most mothers I know want what's best for their children and will do anything to secure that. Out of all the single mothers I do know, only one played that kind of game, and then it was before the baby was born.
There are bad mothers and bad fathers. That's true. Poor kids, stuck in the middle. Most mothers try very hard to protect their children. My ex-husband used to only wheel them out for his new girlfriend. I used to plead with him to visit them. He couldn't be bothered, broke appointments, left them waiting for hours. There's two sides to every story. Make sure you hear both.

I have to say the law towards fathers are becoming a little more fair but not enough ,I am with the fathers who want to fight back for parental rights and want custody of the children. When my Fiance got a divorce from his ex wife she got the daughter of course, she was barely making enough money, and he was making plenty but she still got custody of his daughter which I don't think was fair I mean he could have gotten custody of his daughter without having the mother pay child support. He could'nt even see his other daughters grow up cause his other ex left him to be with some other guy and would'nt let him see his own kids any more...it's crazy I think it needs to be more fair towards the father too it's their kids also.

No I don't think it is fair I do think they need to take care of the children but if they are married and have a family it's not fair to take out of the other kinds mouth just to feed and give the other one more. I think that it would be fair if the baby mamas would not abuse the system and take the men for all they got out of greed and selfishness.

The thing that annoys me about groups like fathers for justice... how is doing stupid things like sitting on top of a crane proving their worthiness as a father???

Of course fathers need fair laws but in order for this to happen you need the right attitude. You're a role model for your child so make it count.
