When I touch it it moves around its about the size of a pincel eraser, but when I push on it it makes makes fy leg and foot tingle

You should make an appointment to see your physician. It could be a number of things. It could be a ganglion cyst, they tend to grow on muscle tissue. They can be removed, it is always best to seek professional advice in these types of matters, though.

It would seem the wisest thing for you to do is get to a doctor. It may be some minor thing, I don't know if it might be a blood clot or not, or something else; but don't wait around. It its nothing you'll find out and save yourself a lot of worry. If its something you need to find out and deal with it as soon as possible. Maybe its even some kind of rupture in a vein or something along those lines. Don't assume its cancer or anything else. Get it looked at asap.
