NO, You don't have to be anything like that. When you start a program like that stick with it and make it a part of your life. When people stop working out they don't factor in the muscle mass change and metabolism slowing down. When we age this happens anyway so the end results can be scary, just keep up a routine, moderate your intake of food and beverages and take good care of your body, you'll be fine!

Don't stretch your skin with big, useless muscles. Work out to keep in good shape not to look like Arnold. Some say body building is a sport. I say its a narcissistic and self destructive habit.

the only cure is to eat sensibly and keep working out... feep fit for life. im 41 and only recently started tae-kwon-do and im up to 100 sit-ups a night soon il be back up to 200 4 sets of 50 that is under 60 seconds for each set... what you think about that man.

dont overbuild yourself! maybe just a lil ripped so its noticable, but yeh that does happen if you get too big, just like you get stretch marks when you grow too fast, or when fat people lose weight they still have to get tummy tucks and what not cuz of the excess skin!

so just keep it simple, remember bigger isnt always better!

Don't stop working out. If you stop body building, just keep weight lifting to keep toned.

u have 2 maintain a diet relevant to your goal

although your muscles cannot turn to fat, you can experience atrophy in the muscles not worked.
