my age is 15.height is 5 2"..and my weight is "73 KGS"!!! :(
i also have a treadmill at home(what u call a jogging machine).i have many slimming products,belts etc.but they are not helpful.my monthly cycle is also not very regular.it happens after every 2 1/2 months or more.
please suggest some ways to reduce weight sitting at home.
also suggest some excercises coz i m really very very very fat on thighs,hips and lower body.
