If it just happened recently. Did you have a cold in the pass month or so. if u did then more than likely its an inner ear infection. i already had this and the doc said there was nothing they could do about it. I just waited it out and after a week or so it was gone. They said just stand up slowly and when on the stairs hold on to the rail cuz sometimes when yur walking u may get dizzy. good luck hope this helps. ps. if it doesnt go away in two weeks then u need to see the doc cause it may be serious.

I get that when i havent eaten in about 3.5-4 hours, so I think it's low blood sugar levels. Try eating something sweet like fruit as a temporary fix, it usually does the trick. If this doesn't help, see a doctor.

Definitely see a doctor.
I am not a doctor but from experience I know there are a many possible reasons for your condition. Two possible reasons are:
1. An equilibrium disorder.
2. Undiagnosed Diabetes

You could be slightly anemic. (a slightly low red (? not sure on that) blood count. It isn't anything serious, usually. That is what happens to me and inevitably, when blood work is done, the doctor tells me that is the case. He usually puts me on some iron supplements, but you should not do that without seeing the doctor because you don't need to take extra if that isn't what is wrong, and iron pills can play havoc with your stomach!
Good luck.

See a Doctor, you may have the start of high blood pressure, or maybe you just are tired. But the Doctor will run tests and see why you are getting dizzy.
Good luck.

Hi, i get this alot and for me to to do with my sinuses being blocked, i also get headaches to, and even the changes in the weather could do it. If it is not slight dizzyness and it takes ages for you to stop going dizzy then it could be virtigo, this is cause by a nerve in your ear, sending you off balance. The best thing to do is go and see your doctor, he will check your sinus and may give you some antibiotics to clesr it up. If its anything else he will dontest for you.

I've had that and the doctor put it down to sinus problems. I've always got a blocked up nose and apparently that builds up pressure in your head effecting those sort of thing. The other thing they thought it could be was low blood pressure put in my case it was fine. You should definitely see a doctor though just in case.

Problems like that are often caused by low blood pressure. Could be something as simple as dehydration, but really best to get it checked out by a GP.
