Jogging is mostly for cardio, but yes, it does help for toning your abs and core.

Somewhat, especially if you tighten your abs while you jog, but that's not what that activity targets and you won't get the results you would if you were doing crunches or something that was geared toward that specific muscle group.

Indirectly, yes. Jogging will burn the fat over and around the abs, making them more visible.

Everyone has abs, theres just a layer of fat covering them,. Jogging helps burn that fat , so the more fat burned, the more your abs will appear. So it does help.

It does because I'm a track runner. Its one of my fastest ways to get abs b/c you have to breath in a certain way which is kinda like doing crunches. In 3 weeks, you'll notice your stomach changing too.

Jogging works out all your muscles, however in order to tone, you may need to include weight training and stretches, sit-ups are great too.
