This usually means that you have a condition called neuropathy. You should by all means consult your doctor. They will give you medicine for this, or you can get it over the counter of walmart, in the diabetic section. It is when the nerve endings are not working right.. and it could be signs of heart trouble as well, meaning circulation is not good. You really should see your doctor. It is not something to play with. Have your feet checked every 3 months if you are diabetic.

Do you mean "numbness of the feet and toes"?
Please see the webpages for more details on Diabetic neuropathy. Numbness of the feet and toes are due to poor blood circulation. It is presumed that the diabetic patient is not controlling his blood sugar at normal level. Exercise and vitamin supplements may help. Consult the doctor.

In diabetics there is a condition known as Peripheral Neuropathy that causes numbness. That is caused by too much sugar in the bloodstream and a buildup in the extremities. Please see a doctor.
I have experience with a product that has helped diabetics. Please let me know if you would like for me to contact you concerning these products.

You really should contact your doctor - that is not a good sign in a diabetic. Every time I go to the dr, he asks me if I have any numbness - which, I have not.
