i used to see a lot of dreams ,some are scary,it drives away my sleep,and the funny thing is that,i can recollect each and every word in the dream.

The body uses sleep to repair and refresh itself, that's why we need sleep. The mind does the same thing through dreaming.

they say the longest dream is only like 7 seconds long. so i cannot see it driving away your sleep. i enjoy sleeping its away of relaxing in your sleep.
