yes i do,
try and take a little time out in the day to relax, maybe 30 mins or so this should recharge your batteries for the rest of the day
sometimes just being in a routine can make you have a slump and make you feel like you can't be bothered ,do something different in your day every once in a while

I'm retired and over 70. I do good things for myself like a daily aerobic walk, aerobic exercises 3 x a week and eat right..Foods that are not high in fat and sugar. Sometimes I get tired and take a 20 minute nap. Most days, I'm ok lfor the day. And sleep well at night.

I get that, too. Limit caffeine use in the morning, and make sure you have a good breakfast and lunch in you to give you energy. Depending on the kids' ages, try and get them involved in making their tea. Studies show that kids who help cook eat more healthily throughout their life, and they feel more connected to their parents. And it makes it feel like less of a chore for you, it becomes more enjoyable.
I have kids too, and they're kids for so short a time, anything you can do to feel closer to them is good, and they should learn to prepare food anyway, so involving them is good for everyone!

You just need to take better care of your diet, nice healthy foods, lots of water, avoid sugars and avoid caffeine at all costs as these have 'come downs' that will leave you feeling pretty ugh in the afternoons.

Get your thyroid checked, you could well be hypothyroid (low in the hormone needed to keep up your energy levels). Your doc will need to get a blood test done. Good luck!
