Best thing to wake up is to exercise. It forces your body to activate stimulants. Go outside for a jog. You'll be up for hours after that.

As soon as you feel like sleeping of, get up and do something fysical. Do something that gives you adrenaline, adrenaline wil wake you up, it's like our own body-amphetamine.
Drink some coffee. And make sure you are not very comfortable warm, just a little bit cold.

take sugar pills every 1/2 hour
but why do you want to stay awake
i just last night fell asleep for the first time in 3.5 days it sucked

watch a movie and keep on putting ice on ur back every 10 minutes. every 10 minutes = 2 ice cubes in da back
