yes, my daughter hung a ceramic bird feeder from a tree in her yard. i was cutting her grass with a walk behind mower and i hit it with my head. before i realised what had happened it swung back and hit me again. i had a nice mouse. most people at work thought someone had popped me in the eye.

You'd have to be going pretty fast to get a black eye. If anything, you'd need to be running into something lol. Or falling down the stairs, like someone else said.

yes I have, and no they did not believe me it really sucked too.
actually it was funny as well,(back in the day when I got a black eye, it was from a can falling off a shelf at a grocery store, the funny thing is that the next day at school stories where surfacing that I was in a fight, car accident, etc. no one believed the truth

yes, once i was in my parents room talking to them, then I left and as i walked out i put my hands in front of me not to run into the door, and my hands went on each side of the door and BAM walked straight into the door, right intomy nose and right eye, bloody nose and black eye, at school everyone thought i was beat up, but since it was such a small school everyone found out real quick that i was just retarded

yes, i used to have a boyfriend of 4 years who would hit me allot (not with him anymore) and i got a black eye about a month ago from slaming into something and my family thought i was with another abusive guy...but it was just me being clumsy

Well not my eye but I took a pretty good fall at work and my whole arm and leg was bruised. Everyone thought it was my husband, and the whole falling thing was a cover.

yup, I turned my ankle & hit my cheek & eyebrow on the sidewalk
Met with my friend and she made a big production, "why would you go in public after someone beat you?!!!" My ankle was 3X it's size...when I tried to show her she wouldn't look & said knock it off, quit making stuff up...she still doesn't believe me.
