I have been working out for about 4 months now and just wanted some advise on what is the better workout routine. Just to let you know my goal is to gain strength and size, and I do a full body workout when I go to the gym, it usually take me a little over and hour.
Would it be better for me to workout two days a week (Mon. and Thur.) and give my body longer to recover. Or workout three days a week(Mon., Tues., and Fri.)and get in the extra day. Which would be better to accomplish my goals?

I visited the dentist for a check up yesterday for a cavity. I haven't been to the dentist in about 3 years. The hygenist had cleaned my teeth and it was very painful. I don't remember it ever being so painful. My gums were bleeding ALOT and they had told me thats a sign of gum dease? I mean it hurt alot that I almost started crying because of the pain. Now, the next day, I still have blood around my gums. They've never bled before (when brushing) and I brush twice a day. He also says I should get one of my teeth replaced because it's a baby tooth that never had a tooth below it and that it is "unrepairable" though it causes no pain to me and has no decay just a cavity. Replacement: $3,000. I haven't gone to the dentist in some time because I never believe what they say and I think most of them are scammers. Is a cleaning suppose to hurt this bad? Should my teeth still be sore a day later? Should I see another dentist?

when she was an infant she was lactose intollerant. Lately everytime she has diary she is vomitting and she has also had diarrhea for the last 3 days. She is just getting over coxsackie disease and i am wondering if this could be the way the virus is working itself out of her body. Or could it be that she is becoming lactose intollerant again.

Ok me and my friend marcy were talking on the fone last night about piercings in just about every area. Well i was wondering wouldn't it hurt to get your penis pierced? What would it be like to pee? From what I've seen (porn) it seems that all the "really long" penises are un-circumcised. (intact) To me this would make sense, using the logic that one's penis would be more freely to develop (grow more) ,from childhood, without the restriction of tight skin. An example of this restriction would be that often a circumcised penis will pull the scrotum, sometimes halfway, down the shaft to compensate for the lack of free moving skin. Also, I wonder if one's erection would be able to grow longer without the restriction of the tight skin.

please just give answers about size, I don't care about the other reasons, thank you.

PS. if you are considering to circumcise your baby then do research about reasons NOT to circumcise, instead of having an idiot reason like "mutilated d*cks look/taste better and cleaner."

it doesn't happen very often but I sometimes get a pain in my chest, sometimes it is a dull ache and sometimes it is a stabbing pain, been happening since I was 13 (ish), parents said it was indigestion or growing pains (well I'm 23 now so that's been rules out). any suggestions what it could be??
