Drinking Protein shakes helped me gain ten pounds in like 1 week, good weight too, drink it on days you work out. Make sure its whey or something...there are very bad quality ones out there, made with a bunch of fillers that don't do anything for you.
Or you could eat an extra 300-ish calories a day, approx. 3000-3500 calories equals one pound.

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you really want to weigh more, work out! An hour a day is easy to spare. Just taking a walk every day could help. There are energy bars that make you gain weight, used mostly in football. Good luck gaining weight! :)
