I am female, 22, and about 5ft4 (165cm).

Normal BMI is between 20 to 25 eg for your height 5ft 4 inches -

Normal weight is between
8st 2lbs (114lbs) or 51.8kg and 10st 2lbs (142lbs) or 64.5kg
I have checked this on the weight watchers uk website.

Take into account body fat percentage as well not just weight for your age according to a website listed below normal body fat percentage is 18%

I would say the ideal weight is between BMI 19-22, which translates to approximately 110lb-130lb. HTH.

well I'm five foot and my ideal weight is between 7 stone and 9 stone 2, so yours will prob be around 8-10 stone, that's only a guess though!!!

your weight actually has to fit your body frame,with ur height i think u have to weigh 9 stone,be confidence in your self.

i would say about 8st 7ibs to 9st 7lbs but what you think is ok for you
