my skin on my back hurts but there is no marks or rash?

the past 6 months i have noticed the skin on my back feels irritated when it is touched and lately it feels like it has spread down to the top of my butt. it is hard for me to lay on my back when i sleep and be touched. there are NO marks or rashes and it feels like it is right under my skin. i dont know if this matters but i had my whole thyoid removed in 04. somebody please any suggestions!

im 5'9 213 44 42 44.. i just had a baby a few months ago.. i myself dont consider myself fat, maybe just a bit heavy,I want to go back to my prepreg weight 180. i dont want to run outside in the heat with the baby.
