I am just starting on ediets. Anyone try this?

I did and I lost weight - about a pound or two per week, depending on how "good" I was. I liked it because it gives you a lot of different recipe options and plan options, so you won't get bored eating the same stuff all the time. I liked the regular Ediets plan and the Mediterranean Diet plan best. Good luck!
