For a guy? About 150

It truly depends on a variety of factors. First, what is your gender. Second, what is your build.

If you are 5'7" and a male and don't lift weights, then a healthy weight is probably about 150 lbs.

But, if you work out, have some muscle, you could weigh even more. Emmitt Smith, a former NFL football player was about 5'8" and he weighed over 210 lbs. He was fit and trim and had a very low body fat.

I'd concentrate more on your appearance and not focus so much on the number. If you look good, exercise regularly and eat well, I'm sure you will be fine.

Based on the results of your bmi (body mass index) calculator, the normal weight for someone that is 5'7 would be 118-159, according to the bmi's results. Professionaly, the average weight for you would be 138.5 lbs.

Like 140-150. I'm 5'7 and 164, so I'm considered to be "overweight" by world standards. But by American standards, that makes me skinny!!

geeze...140? 150? That seems low to me, unless you are a naturally skinny-by-genetics. Remeber, muscle weighs more than fat. Look in the mirror. If you look good, and feel in shape, THAT is what counts.
