Yeah, so many people ask this question, that i have found a few tips on growing taller.

Never! sit with your legs crossed. Always keep them straight, or on the ground.

Don't jump from tall heights and land on your feet from a height. It will stunt your growth.

Keep off caffiene, which sodas contain.

Don't drink soda! It really helped me when growing. I didn't drink for a year, and it grew me 4 inches

Drink water

Sleep! It's the most important.

Stretching really helps. It stretches your muscles, which in turn stretch your bones.

Jumping excersizes (such as faking "shooting hoops"") will help. You just have to reach really high. This really helps.

Don't get stressed out. If you find yourself stressed, then stop and do something else. Or just ignore what's stressing you out.

Hang by a bar (that works i heard). About 5 minutes a day is good.

Excersizing is the best. When you excersize and lift up your legs, the pressure of gravity is released, which makes your bone's grow.

I don`t know how old you are. If you have not reached puberty yet there are a few things you can do to make sure you reach your genetically predetermined height. Eat the most well balanced diet possible with adequate protein. Keep your sugar, candy and simple carbohydrates to a reasonable level. Use a multivitamin and get aerobic exercise at least 5 times per week. Realize I did not say weight training. That is often inappropriate in young people. Exercise helps your body produce hormones which stimulate growth.

If you genetically are destined to be short and that height is under 5 feet tall you might be able to convince your parents and doctors to give you growth hormone injections each week. Not fun, but it has helped some people. Go to Medline for research. Take care.

Hold on to a bar and hang there...do this for 15-10 minutes every day.Playing basketball will also help...anything where you constantly extend your body helps.

Note : your age matters though...If you are below 20-21 it helps but some say that ppl(guys) grow tall till they are 25....this is not the same for girls who stop growing after they reach puberty.

Further Note: I was 5.4 till i was 17 and then i grew 6 1/2 inches i am now 5.10 1/2 and i am still growing a little ... i am 24 now.

Oh and - consume! - my fiance (who's Indian) tells me he does not like Indian women on account that they're SO skinny - only a sidenote ;)

Sorry but you can't force top. Top relies on your genes and there isn't anything you are able to do. I've heard that there are remedies that doctors can give you (like shots of hormones) however these are SO unhealthy and not really to work. Rather - you have to take delivery of your height as is, consider stunning the way you're, and discover a profession that does not center of attention on looks. Oh and - eat! - my fiance (who's Indian) tells me he does not like Indian girls since they are SO thin - only a sidenote ;)

There are lots of growth pills, but their usually big rip-offs and can pose a health hazard. Why don't you try drinking milk and getting more sleep. It sounds like something for kids, but its better than digesting something with ingredients you can't even read. But at the end of puberty, most guys don't grow any taller so don't get your hopes up too high.

Yeah, eat a good healthy diet, practice good posture, and stay up on your calcium for nice strong bones. That's about all you can do....aside from wearing lifts.
