I can only suggest that you double up on the OTC vitamins. Besides, B-complex vitamins are water soluble; you are wasting money overdosing on vitamins that are excreted through your urine the next day. Unless you have a B-12 deficiency due to some underlying pathology, you don't need extra B-12. It's not a proven diet aid anyway.

Get the sublingual form not the pills.

B-12 is great for energy but has a tendency to make most people hungry.
