I find out tomorrow if I for sure have IC but why pain in the kidneys I thought it was localized in the bladder

coming from one that has had kiddney stones it may be the start of a stone or an alergic reaction. try and flushh your kiddneys out with a lot of water.

you might have a kidney infection or you might be getting a slight case of diabetes. Go to your doctor and ask him/her what it is.
