embarassed about getting weighed. I gained almost 35 lbs. I want to lose weight and I am going to ask for help, but I don't want to get measured and stuff like that. Do you think she will understand? What would you do in this situation?

I am 19 and have been dealing with very hard and odd symtoms for about three years now. I have extreme fatigue, constant entire body pain, headaches that occasionally progress to migraines, sores that do not heal and are there for no apparent reason (I counted the sores on one of my legs yesterday, not including my foot which also has many sores, and counted 38)the sores are also on my arms and back and inside my nose, also large and very horrible looking bruises all over my legs for absolutly no reason I am not clumsy I do not bump into things nor do I drop this on myself or do anything to cause a bruise, they are all over my legs there is hardly one spot on my legs that is not covered in brown purple or yellow bruises. Also if I do happen to have an itch if I scratch it it breaks the skin instantly and I bleed profusly and have another sore that does not heal. I also am dealing with anxiety, restlessness. I cannot sleep at night either because i am in too much pain to fall asleep.

Yo im 13. Im benching about 90 pounds now, and I've been doin it for about a month. My dad's got a really nice gym in the downstairs. Hes got a smith machine, a bench press, a leg press, and a lot of other stuff, by Body Solid. Thats not about the question. I take creatine, and i play hockey. I notice that when im taking the creatine, my shot speed and accuracy decreases, but creatine does gradually make you stronger. This shouldnt happen. When im off the creatine, my shot speed is about 85 mph.( im a big kid ). Should I continue taking creatine ( ZMA ON ), or should I stop. I do whatever the directions say, so I'm being safe.

Say I'm out of shape, then one day I walk 5 miles. About an hour later, my legs ache really badly. If I sit down, I need to get up to ease the pain, but it hurts to walk. Ice packs aren't helping all that much. I'm only 14 so it's not like I have a disease or anything ... any ideas?

I know I should probably go to a doctor, but this isn't that big of a deal, so I was just asking.

I'm 17, i've never used a tampon, but i've tried several times. I can get the tip in but it wont go in any further. I've read all the instructions and used lubricating jelly, but it just wont go in, it doesnt hurt or anything though. I normally just wear pads but I'm going swimming this weekend so i really need to use a tampon, plus i play a lot of sports so i think they would be more comfortable than pads. Are all girls able to wear tampons, or am i just doing something wrong?

I'm allergic to all seafood (except shrimp, crabs or canned tuna!), apples, pears, all melons and walnuts. I used to be allergic to wheat. Boy, was THAT tough! What are your allergies?

Okay, I am a little under educated here, i guess. I am still a virgin, but i haved masturbated, as most of the girls I guess. But I ve noticed that in my vagina entrance, there is a white sort of fungus, which is part of my skin. I do not know if its an yeast infection. Right now, it does not hurt, itch or anything. It just look weird. But I am worried. Is it normal? or I have a sickness?

It is not like me to ask yucky questions - but I'm interested in the answer. When you go to the loo (the bathroom, my US friends) you are removing waste from your body. Do you think there's anyway of designing a diet of food and liquids that is so perfect for your needs that there'll never be any waste. Hence no need to go to the loo again?

I was diagnosed with a mild urinary tract infection and prescribed antibiotics for it. Now I'm still gonna take the course, but I was wondering if these infections go away on their own, since the discomfort is definitely decreasng.

I need a disease, preferrably caused by poor diet, genetics and lack of exercise (lifestyle stuff), that would make the person extremely weak. I think I'm looking for something like cancer that kills gradually anyway but if you get pregnant with this disease, you basically don't stand a chance of living at all...? It's not for homework so feel free to shoot in any ideas. Such a disease might not exisit, but I'm hoping for some suggestions.
