Putting toilet paper down on a public toilet! Then flushing w/your foot! Followed by rolling the paper towel down first then washing your hands! After drying your hands use the paper towel to open the door to leave. Dispose in first garbage can available. Too many germs in public restrooms! Can never be too cautious!

getting as much exercise as possible everyday. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, walking instead of driving. Both of these are good exercise providing you aren't physically impaired or elderly or frail
