tell that person that you do not aprciate this behavior and is is bugging you or endangering the relationship and to stop it. If it does not stop then tell him again and this time tell a family member on his side. if no family member then a surport group. If he still comes on to you go to the police.

This is a tough question because this person could just be mean, they may have a mental disorder such as ahdh, obsesive compulsive disorder, bipolar, depression, they may be jealous, they may even be asking fo help.

You may want to try to ask what you did to them to make them behave this way and if there is something that one can do to solve this problem, and it is also good to try to always stay calm as best as you can. And if there is no good reason this person should be reported to the authorities and they need to seek help even though they may not think they need it. Some people will act out like this when they are asking for help or want attention.
