Walk for 30 minutes each day, eat at least 1 salad a day, and drink 8 to10 glasses of water.
If you have been losing weight and can not get the last 15 off, spend 2 different days in the same week drinking the juice of 1/2 of a lemon with a glass of water. 3 lemons are the max.

rollerblade! its fun and it burns as many calories as jogging but without joint stress, i go to the rink and do it becuase i hate sidwalk cracks.. and dont cut down your eating too much, sometimes that makes it worse. I know its hard! but you can do it, you go girl
