I just started working on an elliptical trainer, and can only do 7-10 minutes before feeling like I'm going to die. Can I do 3 ten minute session throughout the day instead of 1 thirty minute session and still get good results? thanks.
ps. 10 year old son likes to use the elliptical too- any problem with this?

If so what kind and how long did it take, how did it turn out? Just curious cause Fiance had it done and they cut him open in three places and it took them maybe an hour to hour and half to cut out spurs, trim bone tissue and to roughen up the area where tendon should be , then attatched screw and stitched tendon to screw. He is in a lot of pain and has not slept since the surgery which was yesterday about 1130 am. They are also prescribing vikadin and he also has a new ddevice they use that aministers pain meds constantly without assistance. Just curious how others turned out and any words of wisdom also welcome. Thank You in advance.

She went to the dentist 4 days ago, from what i can tell what he did was gave her a few shots and broke off and pulled it. he did not give her any antibiotecs or any pain meds. she is in alot of pain now and the side of her mouth is swollen and infected. she went back to the dentist he told her that he dosent beleive in antibiotecs or pain killers that her body will heal it self. what should we do next?

why do i get these stomach cramps and side cramps. Alos ill randomly gewt this weird sharp pain in my side occasionally. Then ill stretch it and ill feel it pop and flutter out liek its gas in my side. My dad says the crmaps in my stomach are jsut onrmal and the pain in my rib cage side is jsut gas runnig thorugh my body. I laso have been farting more lately. I also have sprts hernia that occurs rarely which im getting surgery for soon, but i dont think that has any revelance to stoamch cramping and farting gas and side pains. Does naynoe know what this might b from?

is something wrong with it? when the endodontist was cleaning out the roots, he hit something that made me see stars. could that have something to do with it? should it be hurting for this long? should i just go get it pulled? i've already had this tooth treated before and i have a crown on it, so that's alot of money that would go down the drain if i just get it pulled.

When I know I can be out for 10 + hours, I can take some Excedrin PM, Nyquil or drink some wine. But the problem usually comes up when I need to get up in less than 7 hours, and realize I'm not at all sleepy. Anything I take usually takes a couple of hours to work, and makes me groggy the next day if I don’t get 8 + hours.

i was born legally lind in my right eye . . .

it sucks cause i cant use those 3d goggles caus ei can only see oen side . . .but . . .

the ultimate question . . .

i have been known to get completely smashges, but i never see double . . .for those with 2 eyes, liek a normal person, when you get really drunk do you notice that you see mroe than one of everything like witht hose drunk goggels, because when i get smashed i only see oen of everything, i might walk crooked, but i still only see one of everything? and whats it liek with two eyes, does binoculars really look liek they show on cortoons with two circles that coem together, cause when i use them it looks liek it wouuld with a telescope, just one circle, i wanna knwo what its like . . .

Anymore I dont feel like doing anything. I have a week off from work right now which I was really excited about but Im halfway through it and cant think of anything I want to do.
