I know what you are going thru , they are gruesome and such things can harm someone. The thing I do is pray ask God to help you remove these images from your mind and after you pray concentrate on something positive, in a day or two the images will be forgotten. The more you talk about and dwell on them the longer they will be in your mind. I will pray for you. God Bless

I know what you mean, I saw some really disgusting things on that website rotten.com that I wish I had never clicked on. Just try not to think about it...watch a funny movie or talk to a friend, turn your mind toward happier thoughts. If it's giving you nightmares and severely upsetting you after a couple of days though, go see a doctor. Take care.

Time. I get traumatized by things a lot, too, but in time, even I forget (and that's really saying something).
Here's an idea--distraction. Watching funny things on TV helps me a lot, even if it's old 70s or 80s sitcoms or cartoons. In fact, they help the most.

Just move past it. I've seen some horrible things in my life and you can either dwell on it or move on. It truly is a choice. Dwelling on it is indulging in the disgust and horror. Don't indulge in these feelings, put them aside and think of good things. Go watch a Disney movie or something.

You will be ok. Time heals all wounds. It really does.
It's good that those pictures bothered you. That tells me that you are a decent person who is bothered by things that more people should be bothered by.
Give it time. The details will eventually subside.

I've seen those, only they were shown on a street corner in my city......for EVERYONE to see....even children. I had a hard time getting it out of my head. I think I went home and watched a funny movie or something......anything to get the image out of my head.

Time should make it better. If you are not feeling better in a few days, then you should talk to someone and get your feelings out.
