Just look at it this way
silently in your mind
pray for that child
and simply say
I care for you sorry you
had to suffer like that
I will look for you when I come
into the City of God
See you have heart
it meant something
to see a situation
and for you to be moved
take care, for all that dies and goes away
simply becomes all new again
especially with innocent babies

In my field of work we call it "self care". As a Social Worker I see a lot of horrific things up close. They haunt me. I go to counselling. For you, just try to avoid the junk. When you come across it, just try to forget it. Or, you could do some sort of activity to make yourself feel better. An example would be volunteering at a hospital, talking with people suffering from the loss of their baby.
Some things aren't meant to be forgotten. Some things act as a catalyst for you to get involved. I dislike the way elderly people are treated, so I try to volunteer with them.
Good luck.

Did you know what the link was before you clicked on it? All I can say is don't try NOT to think about the photos, because then that's ALL you'll think about.
In time, hopefully the photos will begin to fade from your memory. Just be careful next time. There's all kinds of weird stuff on the net.

Our minds are wondrous and scary places. Although you are haunted now because they are recent memories, the pictures will fade somewhat. Now you must explore the emotional print they made on you and assign them significance. Good luck, for this is the part that is the hardest.

i've got been there in the previous, in basic terms with different photos. that's terrible and that's one among the excuses you ought to be careful on the cyber web. attempt finding up humorous video clips or enjoying alongside with your pets or analyzing a competent e book. that's annoying to get the image out of your head yet you ought to occupy your self.

I hate to sound so cliche, but some things only go away with time

I dunno, it takes time. Try no to think about it. IT will be hard to because you could be out clubbin and see a pregnant girl and the thoughts pop in your head. Just don't think about it is the only thing I can think of.
