Normally we are not allowed to much juice in our diet but prune juice will help just take small sips during the day don't go over 4oz. fresh veggies are a good source of fiber too. nibble on them all day long they are mostly free foods anyway just not the carrots & beets they are to high in sugar.
If you really need help a stool softener is ok for diabetics to use sometimes just give your doctor a call to let him/her know what your taking just in case of an emergency the office will know what is going on.
Stomach nerophathy is really the pits I have had it for over 20 years. Just add more fresh veggies and fruit into your daily diet.
Remember 5 servings a day 2 of fruit & 3 of veggies thats about one full hand size per serving. 4oz of juice (fruit or veggies) is one serving.

There are plenty medicines available in the market but you can go for natural medicines available at home. Take one table-spoon Castor oil and add half-table spoon dried ginger powder. Mix them well and consume with hot water. Secondly, if you get Triphala powder there, take one-table spoon powder with hot water before going to bed daily until you feel good. Add more cucumbers to your salad to keep the thrust under control. Eat guava fruit if available there. Eat food and fruits rich in fibre. Increase your water intake to help digest food. Take care and be in good health.

Water, fiber(whole grains in particular), moderate amount of cranberries/cranberry juice(Don't drink/eat a lot, as both contain more sugar than you need.)

*Note about a previous poster's idea:
Unless you want to get seriously ill, don't eat Fat Free Lays chips. They contain Olestra, which will make you really sick.

You can use a suppository if really bad. Increase your diet with bran and you can buy fiber that goes into a glass of water.

Be careful with bananas - they have lots of potassium and might throw off your balance of minerals. Ask your doctor. Miralax is pretty good and doesn't really react with any medications.
