I have been on it for 4 weekd and have lost 12 lbs. I am very happy but this is very hard to keep up. I am curious to hear about your experience with the Atkins diet. Did you take the recemmended supplements? did they help? do you feel better on this diet? did you keep the weight off? etc... All answers are welcome.

i've smoke bud before and i got high the 3rd time i did it. I just did it yesterday and i didn't get the actual "high" i got the other time. Was is becuse i had been drinkin alcohol. If it was that i only had two beers and wasn't even drunk. How do you inhale correctly?

Its honestly the craziest thing I have ever experienced. I usually have around 20/350 vision. I usually wear contacts everyday. I took them out earlier today because my eyes were driving me crazy. I usually wear the ones you can leave in for 30 days, so I nearly almost have contacts in. I wore my glasses today and when I was driving home I took them off at a stoplight because they were all dusty to wipe them off. I could read all the streetsigns and everything. I almost fainted I couldn't believe it. When I got home I called an optometrists office to see if I should be worried and they said they never heard anything like that happening. I also called my regular doctor but she was on vacation and they wont give me a referral to the eye doc to check it out till she gets back. Am I going crazy? Do I have glaucoma? Brain Tumor?

ok, im 19 and uncircumcised, my foreskin on my penis doesn't go behind the head of my penis and the head, when exposed is sensitive as hell, cant touch it with nuthin, or i'll feel pain, i can see some skin still connected to the head, thats looking like the reason i cant pull the skin behind my head, but idk, and i read somewhere at birth the foreskin is normally attached to the head of the penis (glans) by a layer of cells, but it supossed to slowly detach in like 5 years after birth, so idk wat to do, i dont have insurance so thats why i didnt see a doctor, any suggestions?

I cut my foot swimming at the lake saturday, and it bled for 3 hours, i held a towel on it to get it to stop bleeding. i was a pretty deep cut, but i decided not to go to the doctor. i hate going to the doctor, anyways, it has been 2 days since then and i am just wondering as long as i keep antibiotic cream and banages on it will it heal on its own? its hard to walk on my foot, i am afraid it will try to rip open and start bleeding again....

In my nightmares the emotions are so strong, that sometimes I dont want to even go to sleep for fear of what I might dream about.
