No it does not cause any of those symptoms
If you are having this kind of pain you need to see a doctor
It could be something simple like constipation or very serious like appendicitis
If you really just want to ask someone look up the 24 hour nurse line in your phone book
it will be under your local hospital
you will talk to a Registered Nurse and it is free

yeah too much sugar decreases sexual desire and can harm the arteries making it harder to maintain errection
