If you're another 13-year-old with a penis obsession, I think I will scream! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhrrrrrrrgggggg! There! Now I feel better. There are only two imaginable uses for this organ. One is to urinate, and the other is to have sex (or masturbate). I'm really hard pressed to think of any other uses or "tips" on how to use it. What you're really asking is how to make it longer, and I'm really sorry, but I can't come up with any advice on that subject. If you're an adolescent and still have some growing to do, it will get bigger with the rest of you, most likely. If not, don't worry. You'll find someone who will love you for who you are, and not how long you are. Trust me! And when people tell you it's "how to use it", they're referring to your lovemaking skills in general; i.e., foreplay, etc.
