How do I get rid of this funny itch around my groin?

Cant sleep....Arghhh?

Lately i can't sleep well. . . insomnia is the best word for me.

Is there a poor people diet?

i need to lose weight i'm 5'5 220lbs. its not sloppy im more soild and don't look anywhere near it im a size 14 but i want to lose weight i gained it all on the depo shot and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to lose weight or a diet that i could go on. im not rich so weight watchers and the other things are out of the question. I can't afford to join a gym or buy expensive foods CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE!!!!!
