i cant open my eyes when i sneeze why not?

Don't try to. The pressure of your sneeze through your sinuses will blow your eyes out. It's your body's way of protecting itself.

It can be done but would take a lot of effort to do so. Don't belief the myth that one cannot sneeze with their eyes open because it is just that, a myth.

And your eyeballs would not pop up if you did.

cos even if u try u r sneezing at like 150 mph, which is pretty damn fast
if u think about even holding yr eyes open the force of 150 mph will drive them shut : )

i believe it's an involuntary reaction - meaning you can't control it. might be to keep the pressure from pushing your eyeballs out :)
