I heard if you take the birth control pill like 2 of them or 3 I don't know ....that you will skip your period... Like don't take the sugar ones and go right on to your next set but ask a doctor first because I know some women who were getting married and their period fell during honey moon and the doctor told them to do somethng... I think it was the pill thing...

I've heard of brides who realise that their period will start on their honeymoon being able to get something from the doctor to delay it, so I guess it would be possible, but a doctor may be reluctant to mess around with your hormones just so you can get your leg over on the Costa Brava. You need a sympathetic GP.

yes, you can get a prescription from your doc, its called norethisterone. You take 3 tabs a day, and start taking them 3 days before your period is due.You just keep on taking them until its ok for you to have your period. You will have to pay for these, as its not a contraceptive, alternatively, you could go on the pill, but i choose the other ones ever time.

Are you on a 21 day oral contraceptive if so you can start the 2nd packet immmediately following the 1st without a break. You should only take them by this method for something special never as a general habit

Depends...are you on any form of birth control now? If you are on the pill, don't take the sugar pills, start a new pack of the hormone pills, and it will allow you to skip your period that month...
