Yes it is normal. I started getting little red spots like tiny blood blisters a few years ago ( I'm now mid 50s ) and had them checked out. They are normal and harmless and I know several people who have them.

My doctor says it IS age. They start as a small red(about the size of a pin} dot and then turn brown as a mole. Not pretty, but nothing to worry about.

I recommend using a total sunblock on them when you are outdoors.

I have them too - I am in my late 40's. Somebody told me they were sun blisters.

sounds like skin tags, it seems they can grow as you get older
