Water has no calories. It can change your weight temporaily just on because it has weight to it..6 pints of water would actually weigh 6 pounds if you are holding it in your hand or it is in your stomach...but your body loses water through going to the bathroom, sweating, breathing, eye lubrication. You can't GAIN any body cells from drinking water

What you take in, your body will use some and release the rest. I've known people who drank 2 gallons of water per day and they didn't gain weight. They're weight was good and they were muscular because they worked out alot.

Our bodies are made up of over 75% water. Water will help flush your system of toxins and replenish your cells.

Of course not! it's just water! But it still may be too much for your kidneys to deal with. Ideally the amount of water you should drink per day (in fl oz) equals half your weight (in lbs). More than that would be too much. Hope this helps!
