I weighed about 120 but went from eating twice a day to once a day. In btwn, I drink milk and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I now weigh 112 pounds, which means that I've lost 8 pounds in two months!
I want to get to 100 or 105 pounds but I don't know what else to do besides working out (which I can't ever do b/c I don't stick with it)! My stomach is the same and I really don't see any difference at all!
I thought that by cutting it down to one meal a day I would lose a lot of weight immediately, but it hasn't happened! Why isn't it working? What should I do besides excercise and starvation?
