YES IT IS!!
Anerexia starves your body of the nutrients it needs to function normally even without excercise. And because of the depravation, the next time you eat it will take as much out of it as possible and store whatever it can AS FAT for the next time you starve yourself. So although you will lose weight really fast, you will put it all back on plus some and will be even harder to lose the next time you diet, plus it is a really big stress on your body.
DON'T DO IT!!
If you're having trouble with your weight, the best thing you can do is consult your doctor who can advise you what is the best way for YOU to go about it. Remember, just because one diet works for one person, doesn't mean it will work for everyone.
Good luck :)

it's not even an option...with anorexia you not only lose weight, you lose muscle mass and weaken your bones...causing devastating effects that will come back and bite you later in your life. It also can increase your risk for diabetes and cause damage to your heart. Not to mention it makes you look awful.
what all have you tried in the way of weight loss? have you gotten a doctor's advice on creating a diet and exercise routine that works for you? Have you worked with a personal trainer? Gone to Curves?? My guess is that you're looking for an 'easy' solution, and sometimes there just aren't any. Anorexia isn't a solution - it's an illness. There are plenty of options out there, do some research, talk to your doctor and make a smart decision to be healthy (which is more important than skinny).

Do you want to be a walking skeleton? Or, a lying-in-a-hospital-bed skeleton?
Blah.
When you say that you've tried every diet there is, how long did you stay on each one? Did they work when you weren't cheating?
Try a sensible diet in which you get enough to eat (1200 calories minimum, or your body won't turn loose of the fat) and some mild exercise. Keep it up for 6 months. You'll lose weight.

An ingesting ailment is a psychological ailment. that is linked from time to time with stress and Obsessive Compulsive ailment. It also must be led to from melancholy or be linked with melancholy. It would not continuously take position to those with chop up personalities, regardless of the very undeniable actuality that it may look like it. I say this because, on one hand the guy needs to eat, and on the different hand, they imagine foodstuff is the enemy. I went by counseling to help with my Anorexia, yet i do not imagine there is truly a "treatment." I also got here across making a "foodstuff agenda" powerful before each and every thing. That way i ought to make certain what percentage energy i replaced into ingesting and that i knew at what cases I had to eat. I also visited with a nutritionist who helped me. wish this helps.

Don't!
Anorexia is really bad. If you do it, you will be depriving your body of the nutrients and energy it needs to live. If it goes on long enough, sooner or later, your body will collapse.
Don't start thinking you will be able to stop when you get to a certain weight. The apppearence of getting thinner every day will spur you on as will any possible jiggly part on your body. What is actually sagging skin can be misinterpreted as excess fat and cause you to starve yourself further.

I just got over anorexia and when i had it, it killed me. I became sooooooo obsessed with calories. I was so depressed and now I have to deal with a hairy stomach. My hair on my head still falls out too. Please don't be anorexia. Just eat lots of fiber and no meat. Try Morningstar foods instead. I have kept all the weight I lost off. Haven't gained a pound :)

EXERCISE regularly. you cant lose weight on diets. create good eating habits. Not eating is a good way to die. IF we werent supposed to eat, we would never get hungry. Please dont consider that lifestyle- it is a severe mental illness that is like alcoholism- you will never really be cured once you start that patten of thinking. LOVE YOURSELF! looks aren't everything.
